Hello everyone. I am thinking of buying Kit's scooter for my DD'd birthday. Does anyone have it yet? Is it well made, sturdy, wood? Thanks for the help!

It's all plastic. Very cheap looking in my opinion.

Yes, it's all plastic which is a bummer, but SO darn cute. We have it, and I love it. I say go for it!

I seem to recall that at least one other person on the board has Kit's scooter and gave it a very favorable review even though it is plastic.

It is plastic but it's so cute and Kit can stand on it easily. I'm really glad I got it.

We have Kit's scooter and yes it's plastic, but for the amount of play value it has already gotten, it's worth the money. I also don't think that I would have encouraged that much play if it were wood or crafted more like a collector's item.

Thanks for the info. I am going to go ahead and order it and the dress. DD loves to play with all her dolls, but as Kit was her first (and looks most like her) she remains the favorite! I appreciate all the help!
